On 4 Jun 2024, the National Committee approved updates to 4 Regulations, Rules and Policies:

Audax Australia Regulations

An update to the Regulations was approved:

• Clause 14.1 clarification
• Clause 14.2 added: The National Committee are to review any proposed event partnerships
• Clause 21 Document versions updated in the table

Audax Australia Ride Rules

The Ride Rules were updated to align Audax Australia brevets with the new ACP BRM Rules:

• Clause 4.9 Updated relevant brevet types to include “Intermediate control closing times are an advisory only”

Audax Australia Awards Policy

The Awards Policy was updated to align Audax Australia Awards with the new ACP Super Randonneur Rules, also a new Super Graveleur award is introduced:

• Clause 3 In 2025 change the award period to Jan-Dec (was Nov-Oct)
• Clause 3.1 Add: Super Graveleur
• Clause 3.6, 4, 5.1, 5.3 and 7 Clearer and more concise
• Clause 9 Add  Super Graveleur and update Recognised International Audax Brevets

Terms and Conditions of Ride Entry

The Ride Entry T&Cs were updated to clarify refunds:

• Clause 4 was rewritten to improve the order of precedence and clarify unsupported/supported refunds
• Clause 6 is clearer and more concise
• Clause 7 (c) removed as obsolete
