Hadspen Hike 600 (2021)

Headquartering in Hadspen and heading out over hills and hollows in Northern Tasmania, a 600 km with about 4600 metres of climbing to be completed within 40 hours. The ride takes cyclist north up and over to Shearwater west to Latrobe and then along the coast to Wynyard. Riders will u-turn in Wynyard and enjoy the coastal scenery on the way back to Devonport. From there the route turns south and climbs up and over to Deloraine before heading east back to Hadspen at the 339 km point. Get some rest, take a shower, stock up and hit the road again to visit the Tamar Valley all the way up to Beauty Point. Riders will return to Launceston where they will climb out of valley and wrap the 600 km up with a lovely loop on quiet roads out to Westbury and back.
