Process:
Over time, the route may be impacted by changes to:
- road surface conditions,
- road traffic patterns,
- shop/cafe opening hours or food quality, and
- other elements.
Maintain the Permanent Ride by adjusting the route and controls to overcome any negative impacts and take advantage of positive impacts.
Both the route in RideWithGPS and information in Organise > Manage Permanents need to be maintained.
Ask for feedback from riders about ways to improve the route.
If the Ride Organiser is no longer able to maintain the Permanent Ride it should be transferred to another Ride Organiser, or disabled.
