Audax WA Newsletter - June 2021
Welcome to Australia’s Long Distance Cycling Club

Date: 17-06-2021

Welcome to the June Newsletter. Winter is certainly upon us and has made it's self felt on recent rides. Always good to wear & justify the buying of that kit we don't use all year round. Also a reminder of how good are mudguards!

Ride Calendar 2021/2022 - Your Input Needed

It's time to start thinking about the calendar for the coming season (starting on 1st November 2021).

What rides do you want to see on the calendar?

Call for Ride Organisers

Becoming a ride organiser is not only a good way to give back to the club, but it also enables you to put on a favourite ride that might not otherwise be available.

Ride organiser duties are simple, and we will provide all necessary instructions and assistance.

Already a ride organiser?

In that case, your club thanks you. Our aim is to provide a diverse range of rides throughout the year.

Your efforts have helped to make that possible this year, and we hope that you will continue to do so in the coming year.

Next Steps

Send through your ride suggestions to Please include whether or not you are willing to be the Ride Organiser.

Recent Rides

30/05 Pathway Blitz: A hardy few - six x 200km riders and one x 100km. Le président had two flats early, one on his way to the start. A little wet which meant we had the bike paths mostly to ourselves.
